The service
FairFile drafts corrective action letters, written warnings, and performance improvement plans from the facts you provide, structured around published state-law considerations, with an optional attorney-review add-on fulfilled by independent licensed attorneys.
Billing
Single letters are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. The Team plan renews monthly at the price shown at signup until you cancel. Attorney-review add-ons are priced per case before you confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel the Team plan anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. If something is not right, email hello@fairfilehr.com and we will make it right.
Your content
You keep ownership of the facts you enter and the letters you generate. Provide only information you have the right to share, and avoid submitting more personal detail about an employee than the letter needs.
Acceptable use
Do not use FairFile to harass or discriminate, to fabricate a record after the fact, to break the law, or to overload the service.
No warranty; limited liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairFile is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including employment-dispute outcomes, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
